Client information may be collected from the following/similar sources: client provided documentation which includes, but is not limited to: in-house and third-party applications; originals/copies of worksheets, accounting/tax organizers and other documentation, which may include, but is not limited to: in-house developed worksheets, consumer/customer reporting agencies; prior and/or current transactions with This Practice, and other means permitted under the law.
This Practice does not disclose nonpublic personal information about clients (current or former) except that permitted by law. This Practice may be compelled to share information with governmental/other authorities because the protection of "Attorney - Client Privilege" communication does not apply to the profession. Accordingly, please advise This Practice upfront if it is believed privileged communications may be necessary, which may first require consultation with an attorney.
